Structure
Double steel-sheeted body, internally reinforced with omega shaped bars and a special full-height vertical steel band protecting the lock. The leaf is insulated both internally and externally.
Exclusive use of high-strength steel sheets with superior mechanical properties.
A special insulating board creates a thermal-break between the external steel sheet and the outer finishing panel.
Burglar-resistant class 4 models are further reinforced with the addition of the following features:

A special structural insulating sandwich, hot glued internally to the leaf, further improves the thermo-acoustic insulation, as well as the security performances, of all of our HP models.
Vertical Steel Band
A full-height vertical steel band protects the lock, alongside all connected deviators, within all of our doors.
The band’s tubular section through which the bolts slide, prevents them from bending in the event of an attempted break-in.
Surrounding the keyhole, a drill-proof manganese steel plate is applied to the band to further enhance the lock’s protection.
Burglar-resistant class 4 models are further reinforced with an additional full-height vertical steel band on the hinge side of the door.
Cylinder Lock
Equipped with the patented anti-burglary device LOG SYSTEM, the lock is supplied with a high security (anti-pick and anti-bump) user-rekeyable cylinder.
The cylinder is protected by a special conical-shaped tear-proof shield.
The lock’s mechanical sensor detects the presence of the cylinder’s shield. When triggered, following the shield’s removal during a break-in attempt, the lock instantly blocks preventing the door from opening. The lock is user-resettable from the inside.
In the event the homeowner loses its keys, or for any other security related reason, he or she can rekey the lock without requiring any technical assistance. Once rekeyed, all previous sets of keys will no longer be usable.
The ownership card system prevents unauthorized key duplication.
The embedded gear mechanism grants a smooth and silent operation of the lock.

OMEGA Lock
High security user-rekeyable lock, with a patented mechanical heart that makes it virtually impossible to pick.
The number of the lock’s combinations exceeds 10 million.
The OMEGA lock is user-rekeyable up to 3 times and is supplied with the following set of keys: 1 installation key, 5 first time encryption keys, 2 second time encryption keys, 1 property card for a third time encryption.
In the event the homeowner loses its keys, or for any other security related reason, he or she can rekey the lock without requiring any technical assistance. Once rekeyed, all previous sets of keys will no longer be usable.

Interlocking System
Our doors can be equipped with double mechanical interlocking locks.
The interlocking feature enables the homeowner to temporarily block the main lock, preventing it from working, by operating through the additional one. This solution allows him or her to entrust the service staff, or any third party, with the keys to the main lock as he or she can temporarily limit the access to it whenever deemed necessary.
Upon request it is possible to opt for a master key system that allows the homeowner to operate both locks with the same key.
Double Rotating Hooked-Shaped Deviators
As an alternative to standard deviators, our doors may be equipped with double rotating hooked-shaped deviators that further increases their unhinging resistance in the event of a break-in attempt.
The double rotating hooked-shaped deviators are standard equipment in all of our burglar-resistant class 4 models.
External Insulating Board
All of our doors are equipped with a special insulating board that creates a thermal-break between the external steel sheet and the outer finishing panel.
Two additional variants to the standard insulating board are available in order to further enhance the door’s thermo-acoustic insulation properties (KIT LEAF 1/2).
KIT FRAME 1
A wrap around insulation element, covered by a customized trim, can be applied to the frame’s external perimeter in order to prevent and reduce condensation, whilst improving the door’s thermal insulation properties.
The KIT FRAME 1 solution can be used with transoms and sidelights and can also be added to a pre-existing door.
KIT FRAME 2
PVC insulating profile that can be applied to the leaf’s upper and lateral sides in order to create a thermal break between the external finishing panel and the molding. This solution is particularly suitable for doors externally finished with conductive surface panels (e.g. aluminum).
The KIT FRAME 2 solution can also be applied to the lower end of the door, in combination with a drip.
KIT LEAF
The KIT LEAF 1 and 2 solutions are an alternative to the external standard insulating board. These special sandwich panels enable further enhance the door’s thermo-acoustic insulating properties.
Door Seals
All of our doors are fitted with 3 groups of balloon-shaped double lip seals, ensuring a close to airtight seal when the door is locked. The finishing of the seals matches that of the frame.
They are mechanically and magnetically fixed (not glued) to both the frame and leaf.
Door Thresholds
To further increase the thermo-acoustic insulation and water-resistant properties of any of our models, it is possible to equip them with one of our exclusively designed doorsills. These solutions are particularly recommended in case of outdoor installations.
AAV: 9 mm tall barrier-free threshold with a thermal break profile. Non-visible when the door is closed. Suitable for single doors only.
AAV STEP: 14 mm tall draining rabbeted threshold with a thermal break profile. Non-visible when the door is closed. Suitable for single and double doors.
Aluminum Threshold: 18 mm tall rabbeted sill, adheres to the external finishing panel. It can be installed to a pre-existing door and is visible when the door is closed. Suitable for single and double doors.
All of our thresholds also greatly enhance the door’s sound insulation properties.
External Knob Fixing Dowell
A special interlocking dowel ensures a sturdy fixing of the external knob, or of the pull handle, preventing them from loosening over time.
Frames and Moldings Finishes
In addition to the selected dark brown, white and steel color variants, the finishing of both our frames and our perimeter moldings can be customized in any desired RAL color.
A two-tone solution is also available for both elements.
Hidden Hinges
As an alternative to traditional hinges, our doors may be customized with a concealed variant.
Our hidden hinges are adjustable and feature a patented breaking system. They allow a 95 degree door opening angle.
When equipped with hidden hinges, our doors are also fitted with special fixed hooked shaped bolts.
Alarm Module
Placed on the lock-side of the leaf, it features seismic and magnetic sensors that make it sensitive to unusual vibrations and undesired openings.
It is battery powered and can be activated by using a pin code or a specific remote control. The alarm module can be added to any of our doors.
Digital Peephole Viewer
Battery operated, it features an external camera and a wide-angle color LCD screen. The digital peephole viewer can be added to any of our doors.
