Energy Efficiency & Acoustic Insulation
The capacity of a door in limiting heat dispersion is measured in thermal transmittance terms.
Low thermal transmittance levels limit the rate of heat transferred through a solid object. When applied to entry doors, this concept leads to an increase in living comfort and energy savings.
The structure of all of our doors grants excellent thermal performances in any configuration. In addition to being internally insulated, each model is equipped with a special graphite-enhanced eps board that creates a thermal-break between the external steel sheet and the outer finishing panel.
The different layers of insulation include special soundproofing materials that are extremely effective in reducing noise pollution as well as in increasing the privacy factor of your home.
Our “HP” models are designed to further enhance such features through a special structural insulation sandwich that is added internally within the leaf.
